Bridgette who has a track record in delivering strong organisational performance is passionate about the potential of people and the opportunity to deliver the best service experience in New Zealand. Spark went through a significant transformational change across their business a few years ago when they were known as Telecom. An area that they have worked hard on is in their approach to learning and the way it is delivered to their teams.
