Our team are highly qualified and experienced HR practitioners with strong strategic grounding and broad operational expertise. Will privately owns Hello Monday and is a qualified generalist HR practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in all areas of HR and recruitment. Having previously worked for a number of large organisations across both the public and private sectors, Will understands the key drivers of a business and knows how HR can influence outcomes that add to the bottom line. Will’s passion, positivity and invested interest in his clients has helped Hello Monday go from strength to strength.
Angela has over 20 years’ in-depth HR experience with small, medium and large organisations with a strong focus on learning and development and talent management. Having previously led the HR function for a major international brand for over ten years, Angela joined Hello Monday in 2017 and works across all facets of HR. She has worked on a number of advisory boards and understands the importance of working collaboratively when leading a team to success.
Kirsty has over 8 years’ experience across all levels of HR and all facets of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. Her experience spans industries such as hospitality, engineering and manufacturing. Kirsty recently joined Hello Monday to help with various HR tasks and bring further value to our clients. She is incredibly passionate about creating and facilitating tailored learning and development programmes.
Amanda has five years marketing experience working across a variety of sectors and has experience in all areas of marketing and communications. Prior to recently joining Hello Monday, Amanda was the marketing manager for two years for a commercial property management company in London. Amanda has a strong client focus and is responsible for all of Hello Monday’s marketing activity and helping to support the company’s growth strategy.
