What is outsourced HR?
Outsourced HR means engaging an external team, like Hello Monday, to handle your HR function instead of hiring in-house. You get senior HR expertise on demand: advice, compliance, contracts, recruitment support and culture work, scaled to your business.
When do I need HR advice?
Before things get formal. The best time to call is when you first notice an issue: a performance concern, a complaint, a restructure on the horizon. Early advice keeps processes fair, legal and far less stressful for everyone.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how you engage us. On-call advice is pay-as-you-go, projects are scoped and priced up front, and retained partnerships are a fixed monthly fee. Every option costs a fraction of a full-time HR hire.
Do you work outside Auckland?
Yes. We are Auckland-based but support clients across New Zealand. Most of our work happens by phone, video and through Employment Hero, with on-site visits where they add value.
