Will

Will Allan

Founder & Director

Meet Will, our Founder + Director, who has more than 15 years of HR and recruitment experience.  Will has worked with some of New Zealand’s largest organisations across various sectors, such as telecommunications, technology, FMCG, and Insurance.

Will’s experience in both operational and strategic HR roles, has developed his passion to help businesses transform their workplaces and their people. This desire led him to create Hello Monday, an outsourced HR company that focuses on bringing out the best in businesses through their people.  Behind the name, is the belief that the beginning of every working week should be welcomed – Monday being full of opportunity, promise and possibility!

 

Will especially, loves partnering with business leaders who are keen to develop both tactical and strategic HR practices across their organisations to make them exciting and innovative places to be a part of. Will is particularly passionate about using his HR and business skills and experience to enable leaders, to drive successful delivery of their business and people goals.  Through the HR services that Hello Monday provides, he sees himself and the Hello Monday team as enablers for success.

When Will’s not working hard at Hello Monday, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf whenever he finds the time.

Robyn

Robyn Jenner

HR Business Partner & Delivery Lead

Robyn is an HR Consultant with 5 years generalist experience across recruitment, HR and people experience!

In her career to date, Robyn has enjoyed roles in the financial services, tech, construction and the processing and supply chain industries.

A true passion for people and creating solutions and experiences with a people-centric focus, she enjoys the more strategic-thinking aspect of HR – understanding and integrating engagement, culture and wellbeing into an overall business strategy to create thriving engaged workplaces.

Robyn originates from Watford in the UK and has been in New Zealand since 2015 , when she left the UK after completing her Degree in Sociology at Nottingham University!

Outside of work, you’ll find Robyn and partner, Max out on the boat on the Hauraki Gulf, running the dog or camping their way around stunning spots around New Zealand.

Sian

Sian Greenhalgh

HR Consultant

As a Human Resources Consultant at Hello Monday, Sian leverages her 20+ years of experience in the field to provide strategic and operational HR support to our diverse range of clients across the country.

Passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments that foster strong employee engagement, culture, and growth – Sian is always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the HR environment.

When not working, you will find Sian enjoying time with her young family of 5 – doing something fun outdoors!

Jade

Jade Conroy

HR Advisor

Jade joins us with over five years generalist experience as a HR Coordinator. During her career she has primarily worked within Public Health and Non-profit sectors.

Jade enjoys the dual focus of HR, helping organisations build an environment where their people can thrive, while supporting employees to reach their full potential. She has a special interest in wellbeing.

Outside of work, you will find Jade spending time with her husband and daughter, usually swimming or on a bush walk. Jade’s family enjoys a good games night: a murder mystery or trivial pursuit are their go to’s!

Emilia Bennett

HR Advisor

Emilia is an HR Advisor with experience in the FMCG & manufacturing industry, and more recently a top tier law firm. Emilia’s passion for people, projects, and bettering workplace culture, along with setting others up to succeed, has led her to a career in HR and the team at Hello Monday.

When Emilia isn’t at work, she will be spending time with her husband and two young kids. She’s an avid reader and cook, with a recently found joy in baking with her toddler.

Michela Belesarius

HR Co-Ordinator

Michela is an HR Coordinator with a background in customer support management, hospitality, and most recently the fintech space, Michela brings a blend of empathy and strategic thinking to our team. She’s passionate about creating positive workplace environments and supporting employee well-being.

Outside of work, Michela loves reading, spending time with her partner (and cat), and taking walks with friends.

Her proactive nature and vibrant personality make her a valuable addition to our team!

Charlotte Western

HR Co-Ordinator

Charlotte joins us as an HR Coordinator with a background in operations and office management, primarily in consulting and professional services. She has recently returned home from the UK, where she spent 5 years living and working in London.

A true people person, Charlotte is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and loves the variety of work that HR brings. She has a particular interest in employee engagement and wellbeing.

Outside of work, you’ll find Charlotte attending a range of music gigs, exploring scenic spots around New Zealand with her partner Euan, and spending time with friends!

Emma

Emma Hall

HR Administrator

Emma is known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence and is poised to play a pivotal role in supporting our future HR initiatives.

She is enthusiastic about adding value to our dynamic team and helping create an environment where everyone can thrive and deliver great outcomes to our clients. Emma is adept at handling a wide array of administrative tasks and works closely in collaboration with our consulting team.

Emma is half a year off graduating with a Bachelor of commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. She is majoring in Human Resources and Information Systems.

Pip

Pip Allan

Operations Lead

Pip fell into HR from a background in travel and tourism during her OE some time ago now, and she has spent the last 20+ years since then, in HR systems and operations roles in the financial services sector across London, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Pip manages the operations, project management, marketing, and the administration aspects of Hello Monday. She also helps source amazing HR people to join our Hello Monday team.

A mum outside of work, Pip keeps busy coaching school netball and convening cricket during the term time.  True time out for her is somewhere where the only sound is waves breaking… with a glass of wine, good food and family & friends nearby.

Sophia Mansfield

Operations Coordinator

Sophia has 5 years of experience in Operations with most recently being in the retail sector. She fell into the world of Operations after taking a break from University having finished a degree in Psychology and Criminology in 2019.

Soph enjoys making the workplace a seamless and fun place to be for the team, so everyone can carry out their roles to their full potential.

Outside of work she enjoys getting outdoors with her partner and dog whether that be camping, hiking, traveling and she normally has a camera close by as well!
